MassMutual Financial Group - Assisted in the codification of a web development methodology for the enterprise. Developed eTechnology Product Acquisition Methodology which was largely adopted by the Product Portfolio Management project. Mentored architecture and development staff in UML and elements of the Rational process.

Consulting at Cendant / Mobility, 1999 - Delivered class in Object-Oriented Development to web development staff. Significantly influenced design and success of project.

V-Technologies - Devised and used "architecturally-oriented" component-based evolutionary development methodology to develop new product.

PetroVision - Devised methods of software decomposition to aid the development of product line oriented product software.

Anocoil Corporation - Used object-based techniques for development of a 1.5M line of code system to support a variety of business functions.

Ultimate Data Systems - Pioneered CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) at UDS (IDE Software through Pictures). Mentored pilot development team in the use of structured and object-based techniques. Developed and enforced diagramming and coding standards. Developed and taught courses and curriculum for in-house training.

Wheeler Group - Mentored development teams in structured methodology. Used COCOMO for software cost estimation.
