MassMutual Financial Group - Attended class in "Practical Usability Testing" from Human Factors International. Helped to start a Usability User's Group. Participated in internal usability tests. Informal reviewer for new proposals and newly implemented prototype website sections to comment on usability.

PetroVision - Devised and implemented user interfaces to allow bulk petroleum dispatchers to be able to select and produce optimal routes for delivery trucks based on urgency, workload, and geography. Most UI elements were non-modal, and minimal clicks were needed to navigate to any function. Some direct manipulation was used to support drag and drop of orders into bins for routing.

Anocoil Corporation - Created adaptive, data-organized user interfaces as highly reusable components.

Outside Activities Related to Human Factors

Member of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction since its inception in the mid-1980's.

Attended several ACM SIGCHI Conferences, include Computer-Supported Collaborative Work.
