eBusiness division.

· Architect for eBusiness Architecture Framework (generic
architecture allowing for XML and non-XML implementations, selective
performance enhancement; embodies variety of web application control
structures, ran based on sophisticated content data model); initiator
and original architect for object-oriented Application Integration
interface layer adopted for enterprise use (uses LDAP to determine
communications method based on request and application ID, conceals
use of J2EE and webMethods from applications to allow for relocation
and communication method flexibility). Implemented both prototypes
using JBuilder and Inprise Application Server; aided in port to Visual
Café and Weblogic. Mentored developers on object-oriented development
in Java. Project plan and management for Java portion of web development
project during proof of concept phase.

Coordinated eBusiness Architecture presentation to Enterprise Architects
(organizing a team of 4 architects and editing their presentations).
Have delivered several Enterprise Architect Group presentations including
successful agreement on enterprise email Push architecture (systems
integration project) and proposal to study enterprise-wide Digital
Asset Management.

Assisted the development of Enterprise Web Development Methodology.
Performed analysis of eBusiness Division Senior VP strategy to map
to technology initiatives (Adopted for content of division personnel
performance review goals).

Responsible for enterprise product selection for Digital Asset Management,
E-Mail Push, E-Mail Response Management. Researched product space.
Located and involved line-of-business (LOB) stakeholders (Life and
Annuities, Field Agent Distribution Channel eCommerce, Retirement
Services). Arranged vendor presentations and coordinated product selection.
Devised product selection methodology for eBusiness, also adopted
(with modifications) by Enterprise Software Product Portfolio Management
Process. Coordinated with Enterprise Architects, Information Systems
Infrastructure, Exchange (e-mail) Team, Server Team, Corporate Database
Administration, Web Network Support, Enterprise Application Support
and eBusiness areas. Published project information in HTML on intranet.

President of the E-Signatures Working Group. Helped start Usability
User's Group. Helped organize XML Users Group. Presented "XML
and Digital Asset Management" to Society of Technical Communicators
annual conference in Connecticut. Presented course on more effective
use of email for project coordination through in-house training "University"
to three audiences.
