MassMutual Financial Group - Performed analysis of eBusiness Division Senior VP strategy to map to technology initiatives. Summary of strategy was adopted for content of division personnel performance review goals. Managed several large projects requiring matrix coordination (across multiple divisions of Information Systems and Lines of Business), virtual teams (inside and outside eBusiness), stakeholder groups and also vendor management. Created and maintained project plans for each project in MS Project. President of E-Signatures Working Group. Helped shift XML User's Group to an active participant in standards setting and education. Currently technical lead for eService web project.

V-Technologies - Planned and executed development plan for ShipGear product (integrated 30 accounting systems with "n" shipping systems) middleware architecture including internal components, middleware communication wrap, and ontology (non-XML). Completed on time.

PetroVision - Planned and executed development plans for product Dispatch and PVMapping product line (geographic information systems with route planning), coordinated with external vendors. Performed strategic and tactical planning with management.

Heberger Associates - Manager of Information Systems, responsible for all networks, for infrastructure and desktop deployment and maintenance, for technology purchases (including a nearly quarter million dollar purchase), and for budgeting and projections.

Ultimate Data Systems - Mentored development team; member of President's Council for Process Improvement.

Springfield College - Developed and taught three levels of undergraduate curriculum in computer graphics for artists (Amiga computers, 2D and 3D graphics and animation); purchased equipment; assisted students in work-study internships. This was a part time position while also working at Anocoil.

Anocoil Corporation - Manager of all systems development and operations. Managed between $100 and $200k / year operating and capital budget.

Wheeler Group - In charge of Manufacturing Information System development to support mail order product fufillment.
